Like every other eCommerce website, we don’t ship our products ourselves (we wish we could). We use shipping companies, and rely on their tracking system to track your package.
We mainly use DHL and USPS to ship products within the US. Once your order has been sent out you get immediately an email from us with the full details, including the tracking number and the website where to use it.
A this point we can’t control the order unfortunately. But you should be able to locate the location of your order from the tracking website. If you need more information about your late or missing package, you can contact us, but we recommend contacting the carrier’s customer service instead, and provide them with the tracking number, they have real-time data on your package.
